How does your stomach feel?

The first three signs are definitely easy to identify.  They have to do with how our stomach feels.  Oftentimes when we have stomach (gastrointestinal) discomfort it is after eating a meal that was high in carbohydrates.  If we don’t have the right balance of gut bacteria, this discomfort is likely to be a result of poor digestion and the absorption of those carbohydrates.

There are a lot of ailments that could be linked to an unhealthy gut.  These include headaches, anxiety, inability to concentrate and depression.
